Radiator Repair

We provide comprehensive semi-truck radiator repair services, including welding for leaks, complete overhauls for corrosion, and full system component replacement to prevent engine overheating and minimize downtime.

Diesel Fuel Tank Repair

We perform expert diesel fuel tank repair services, primarily using R-Stamp certified welding on aluminum and steel tanks to fix leaks, corrosion, and damaged filler necks, which is a safer and more cost-effective alternative to full replacement.

EGR Cooler Diagnostics

Our EGR cooler services include diagnosis, ultrasonic cleaning, pressure testing for leaks, and expert repair or replacement of the cooler to maintain emissions compliance and prevent critical engine failure.

A/C Services

We offer full A/C system diagnostics, refrigerant leak detection and recharge, and repair or replacement for key components like the compressor, condenser, evaporator, receiver/drier, hoses, blower motor, and various control valves/switches to restore your truck's cooling efficiency.

Charge Air Cooler Services
