Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the following criteria must be met:

• Condition: The radiator must be in its original, uninstalled condition. We cannot accept returns on units that have been mounted or had coolant run through them.
• Packaging: The unit must be returned in its original factory packaging with all internal foam and protective bracing intact.
• Documentation: A copy of the original invoice or the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be included.

Please Inspect Upon Delivery:

• Visible Damage: If the shipping box is crushed, punctured, or wet, please refuse the shipment or note "Damaged" clearly on the Driver’s Bill of Lading.
• Concealed Damage: If you find fin or tank damage after opening the box, you must report it to us within 48 hours. We will arrange a lightning-fast replacement at no cost to you.
• Return Freight: For "change of mind" or "ordered wrong part" returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team (usually within 48 hours of arrival):

1. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Approved refunds will be processed immediately to your original method of payment.
3. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
